Hulē‘ia National Wildlife Refuge

Hulē‘ia National Wildlife Refuge lies adjacent to the famous Menehune Fish Pond, a registered National Register of Historic Places. The Hulē‘ia Refuge is approximately 241 acres and was purchased from the Grove Farm Corporation in 1973 to provide open, productive wetlands for five endangered Hawaiian waterbirds that rely on the Hulē‘ia River Valley for nesting and feeding habitat.

Nawiliwili Shopping

There are many shopping centers to choose from in Nawiliwili including Harbor Mall, Anchor Cove, and the Kalapaki Marketplace. Choose from the many offerings of local artisans, Hawaiian images and prints, and endulge in the many eateries available in this quaint harbor-front town.

Kauai Beach Boys Activities at Kalapaki Beach
